1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OkayPlay you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. What OkayPlay is
OkayPlay is a free sports-prediction game for entertainment. You predict how matches will end and earn points. It involves no real-money betting, wagering, deposits or cash prizes. Points have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use OkayPlay.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, harass, threaten or post hateful, illegal or spam content in the community;
- cheat, exploit, automate or attempt to disrupt or break the service, or scrape it at scale;
- use OkayPlay for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your content
You own the posts and comments you create, but you grant us a licence to display and distribute them within the app. You're responsible for what you post. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time.
7. Sports data & model insight
Match data, scores, forecasts and model insights come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. They are for entertainment only — we don't guarantee accuracy and aren't liable for any decisions made from them.
8. Availability & "as is"
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of OkayPlay.
9. Termination
You may stop using OkayPlay and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll update the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the changes.
