Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
OkayPlay ("OkayPlay", "we", "us") is a free sports-prediction game for entertainment. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data, and OkayPlay involves no real-money betting, wagering or cash prizes.
Information we collect
- Account — your display name and email address. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, we receive your name, email (Google) and your Telegram id, username and profile photo (Telegram) to create your account.
- Your activity — the predictions you make, favourite teams, and community content you create (posts, comments, likes, follows).
- Notification tokens — if you enable push notifications, we store a browser push subscription and/or a device push token so we can send you alerts.
- Basic technical data — standard request information (e.g. IP, device/browser type) used to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- Run your account and save your predictions and favourites.
- Score your predictions and show leaderboards. Your display name, points and revealed picks may be visible to other players.
- Power the community feed (posts, comments, likes, following).
- Send notifications you've opted into (likes, comments, new followers, match reminders and results). You can turn these off anytime — see below.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the app:
- Supabase — stores your account, predictions, favourites and community data, and handles authentication (passwords are managed by Supabase and never visible to us).
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivers push notifications to Android devices (receives only your device push token).
- Google / Telegram — only if you choose to sign in with them, to authenticate you.
- Sports data providers (e.g. ESPN) — we fetch match data, scores and news from them; we do not send them any personal information.
Notifications & your choices
Push notifications are optional. Turn them on/off anytime in Account → Push notifications, or in your browser/device notification settings. Turning them off removes this device's push token.
Data retention & deletion
You can edit your name, change your password, or delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deleting starts a 7-day grace period (in case you change your mind); after that your account and associated data are permanently removed.
Storage & security
Data is stored securely with Supabase and may be processed on servers outside your country. We use industry- standard measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
OkayPlay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data from within the app. For any other request about your data, email us at support@dailyfantasy-sports.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means you accept the changes.
